Abstract:
Provided is a chloroprene rubber composition comprising a reactant obtained by co-crosslinking polyvinyl chloride and polychloroprene, and the chloroprene rubber composition is able to obtain a vulcanized moulded body which does not impair the mechanical properties and which improves the oil resistance and heat resistance. The chloroprene rubber composition comprises a co-crosslinked body of modified polyvinyl chloride and polychloroprene obtained by carrying out a chemical reaction on polyvinyl chloride and a multifunctional nucleophilic reagent. The co-crosslinked body of modified polyvinyl chloride and polychloroprene is preferably a co-crosslinked body consisting of 5-45 parts by mass of the modified polyvinyl chloride and 55-95 parts by mass of the polychloroprene. The multifunctional nucleophilic agent is preferably at least one selected from thiol compounds.
