Abstract:
Novel chondroitin synthetase derived from human, which is an enzyme for synthesizing the fundamental skeleton of chondroitin and which exhibits not only an enzymatic activity for glucuronate rearrangement but also an enzymatic activity for N-acetylgalactosamine rearrangement.
