Abstract:
The invention relates to a chopping device for waste disposal unit (2), where the waste disposal unit (2) comprises a inside a waste disposal unit housing (10) arranged rotating shredder (12) provided with at least one opening (20, 22, 24) which opening (20, 22, 24) is intended for passage of at least water, and where the chopping device (4) is fixed relative to the waste disposal unit housing (10) and arranged when the rotating shredder (12) rotates to close said opening (20, 22, 24) in the rotating shredder (12) each time said opening (20, 22, 24) in the rotating shredder (12) passes the relative to the waste disposal unit housing (10) fixed chopping device (4) whereby also thin tough parts are finely shredded by that they are chopped off when they pass through said opening (20, 22, 24).
