Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chromatogram data processing device that can efficiently perform a peak processing operation on chromatograms relating to a plurality of samples containing known identical components. The chromatogram data processing device 10 comprises a chromatogram display unit 12 that displays a plurality of chromatograms with the positions thereof being aligned in the time axis direction, a peak process operation condition setting unit 13 that sets a condition for a common peak process operation on the plurality of chromatograms on the basis of an input by an operator, and a batch peak process operation execution unit 14 that collectively executes the peak process operation on the plurality of chromatograms on the basis of the condition.
