Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chromatogram data processing device that makes it possible to determine with greater certainty whether an impurity is included in a target peak caused by a target component. A chromatogram data processing device (2) that is one embodiment of the present invention has an impurity detection unit (24) including a differential chromatogram creation unit (25a), a purity curve creation unit (25b), and a determination unit (26). The differential chromatogram creation unit (25a) determines a wavelength-direction derivative for the maximum or minimum absorption wavelength of the target component in an absorbance spectrum and creates a differential chromatogram indicating the time variation of the derivative. The purity curve creation unit (25b) creates a purity curve representing the time variation of the difference between the threshold values of the similarity between the target peak spectrum and the reference spectrum and a similarity between the spectrums that takes a noise component into account. The differential chromatogram and purity curve are displayed on a display unit (3) so as to be superimposed over a wavelength chromatogram created by a wavelength chromatogram creation unit (22).
