Abstract:
The present application relates to a chromatography medium and a chromatography device comprising same. The chromatography medium at least partially consists of a polymer material formed by crosslinking an at least partially crosslinkable substance comprising at least one type of rigid nanoparticles having a non-spherically symmetric shape, the rigid nanoparticles at least locally forming an ordered arrangement structure in the chromatography medium. In the chromatography medium and chromatography device disclosed in the present application, stacked polymer microparticles which at least locally have an ordered internal structure and pore distribution are used to form a stationary phase, or an integral structure in which the rigid nanoparticles at least locally form the ordered arrangement structure in the chromatography medium is used as a stationary phase, effectively increasing separation and purification speed while shortening retention time, providing a peak shape with a better symmetric value, and effectively reducing a full width at half maximum as well as improving column efficiency.
