Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a chronic lower back pain mitigation system with which it is possible, when the state of a person who has chronic lower back pain meets a prescribed condition, to mitigate the chronic lower back pain by displaying a behavior or action that the person should carry out and promoting the behavior or action. [Solution] The present invention has an elevation rate assessment unit 26 that causes a display unit 24 to display a prescribed question when the rate of elevation of the average value of the voltage of α waves at a time when the intensity of the α waves is increased, relative to the average value of the voltage of α waves at a time before the intensity of the α waves is increased, is within a prescribed range. The prescribed question is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy.
