Abstract:
A chuck structure for chucking an annular workpiece on an outer-diameter side. The chuck structure is provided with: plate spring members provided along a circumferential direction at a predetermined pitch to be symmetric with respect to a mechanism center axis; and a chuck pawl member attached to an end of the plate spring members. A pressing force applying mechanism is used to apply a pressing force to the plate spring members radially inwardly so as to impart a chucking force for elastically pressing the chuck pawl member against the outer diameter surface of the workpiece.
