Abstract:
A cigarette carton tracing QR code collection system, comprising a cigarette carton conveyor (1) for conveying cigarette cartons, a cigarette box conveyor (2) for conveying cigarette boxes, and a detection platform (3) for the collection of QR codes. In the cigarette carton tracing QR code collection system, each rotating block (312) is rotated between two arc-shaped plates (314) to adjust the angle of a QR code scanner (313); in addition, screws (3173) are screwed into a connecting cylinder (3171) to make pressure pads (3177) be completely fitted on the outer walls of the arc-shaped plates (314); by means of the frictional resistance of the pressure pads (3177), the angle of the QR code scanner (313) is fixed; the QR code information on each cigarette carton is scanned by the QR code scanner (313), and the cigarette carton is pushed into a cigarette box by means of a telescopic electric cylinder (321); and the cigarette carton is connected to a vacuum sucker (323) to prevent dislocation of the cigarette carton when the telescopic electric cylinder (321) ejects the cigarette carton; the retraction of a roller (246) inwardly into an inner cavity (242) enables the roller (246) to be attached to one side of the cigarette box, thus achieving positioning conveying of the cigarette box and preventing the displacement of the cigarette box during conveying.
