Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cigarette pot apparatus and a baking-type electronic cigarette; said cigarette pot apparatus comprises a housing and a cigarette pot disposed within said housing; a cigarette material adding end of the cigarette pot is provided with a cigarette pot cover; the outer side of the cigarette pot cover is provided with a fixing member; a locking apparatus is arranged between said fixing member and the cigarette pot cover; the fixing member is provided with a through-groove; the locking apparatus comprises a locking body, an extending wing body extending to two sides along the locking body, and a lever connected to said locking body; said lever passes through the through-groove; when the lever moves along the through-groove to a first position, the extending wing body and the snap fastener body of the outer housing are fastened together; the cigarette pot is in a locked state and is locked in the outer housing; when the lever moves along the through-groove to a second position, the extending wing body and the snap fastener body are disengaged from each other; the cigarette pot is separated from the outer housing. The present invention is convenient to operate when disassembling the cigarette pot, and effectively prevents children from erroneously operating it.
