Abstract:
An electronic device according to one embodiment comprises: a first touch key arranged in a first area of the electronic device; a second touch key arranged in a second area of the electronic device; an antenna; a communication circuit which is electrically connected with the antenna and which is for transmitting or receiving a signal by using the antenna; a sensing circuit for sensing an external object corresponding to the electronic device; a frequency adjustment circuit electrically connected with the antenna and capable of adjusting a resonance frequency of the antenna; and a processor, wherein the processor can be configured to: sense the external object by using the sensing circuit while performing communication with an external device by using the communication circuit; sense a capacitance change corresponding to the external object by using the first touch key or the second touch key when the external object is sensed; designate the frequency adjustment circuit as being in a first mode and perform the communication by using the communication circuit while the frequency adjustment circuit is designated as being in the first mode, when a first capacitance change sensed through the first touch key is larger than a second capacitance change sensed through the second touch key; designate the frequency adjustment circuit as being in a second mode when the second capacitance change is larger than the first capacitance change; and perform the communication by using the communication circuit while the frequency adjustment circuit is designated as being in the second mode. Additional other various embodiments are possible.
