The invention relates to a circuit arrangement (1) for transmitting a useful signal (3) to a first supply current circuit (4) having a first reference potential and to a second supply current circuit (5) having a second reference potential, which second reference potential, in a first operating state, has a first potential difference from the first reference potential and, in a second operating state, has a second potential difference, which is larger than the first potential difference, from the first reference potential, comprising – a signal modification unit (33), which is designed for providing a transmission signal (34) which is based on the first reference potential and represents a signal state of the useful signal (3), – a storage unit (35), which is designed for storing a signal state of the transmission signal (34) transmitted to said storage unit via an electrical connection (36) and for providing an output signal (37) which represents the stored signal state and is based on the second reference potential, and – a coupling unit (38), which is connected between the signal modification unit (33) and the storage unit (35) such that it enables a current flow along the electrical connection (36) in the first operating state and blocks said current flow in the second operating state.
