A circuit assembly comprises first circuit boards (601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1301, 1601, 1701, 2001, 2201) and second circuit boards (602, 702, 802, 902, 1002, 1102, 1302, 1602, 1702, 2002, 2202); solder balls (702, 1120, 1620, 2020) connected between the first circuit boards (601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1301, 1601, 1701, 2001, 2201) and the second circuit boards (602, 702, 802, 902, 1002, 1102, 1302, 1602, 1702, 2202); first screws (611, 811, 911, 1011, 1111, 1311, 1611, 1711, 2011, 2211, 2311) passing through the second circuit boards (602, 702, 802, 902, 1002, 1102, 1302, 1602, 1702, 2002, 2202) and passing through the first circuit boards (601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1301, 1601, 1701, 2001, 2201) or connectors (1116, 1316, 1616, 1716, 1816) fixed on the first circuit boards (601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1301, 1601, 1701, 2001, 2201); and nuts (912, 1012) fitting with the first screws (611, 811, 911, 1011, 1111, 1311, 1611, 1711, 2011, 2211, 2311). An electronic device comprises: a housing (10); first circuit boards (601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1301, 1601, 1701, 2001, 2201); second circuit boards (602, 702, 802, 902, 1002, 1102, 1302, 1602, 1702, 2002, 2202) fixed on the housing (10) and located between the housing (10) and the first circuit boards (601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1301, 1601, 1701, 2001, 2201); solder balls (702, 1120, 1620, 2020) connected between the first circuit boards (601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1301, 1601, 1701, 2001, 2201) and the second circuit boards (602, 702, 802, 902, 1002, 1102, 1302, 1602, 1702, 2202); first screws (611, 811, 911, 1011, 1111, 1311, 1611, 1711, 2011, 2211, 2311) passing through the second circuit boards (602, 702, 802, 902, 1002, 1102, 1302, 1602, 1702, 2002, 2202) and passing through the first circuit boards (601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1301, 1601, 1701, 2001, 2201) or connectors (1116, 1316, 1616, 1716, 1816) fixed on the first circuit boards (601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1301, 1601, 1701, 2001, 2201), the housing (10) comprising an internal thread, and the first screws (611, 811, 911, 1011, 1111, 1611, 1711, 2011, 2211, 2311) fitting with the internal thread; or the electronic device further comprises nuts (912, 1012), the first screws (611, 811, 911, 1011, 1111, 1311, 1611, 2011, 2211, 2311) fitting with the nuts (912, 1012). The purpose is to improve the stability of fixing a circuit board on another circuit board.
