Abstract:
The present invention relates to a circuit board, an antenna package and a display device, and a circuit board according to one embodiment comprises: a core layer including a first region and a second region; and antenna feeding wires arranged on the core layer over the first region and the second region, wherein the antenna feeding wires include a first part extending from the first region in a first direction, a second part extending from the first region in a second direction, and a third part extending from the second region in the first direction, and an interval between adjacent second parts of the antenna feeding wires can be less than or equal to three times the interval between adjacent third parts of the antenna feeding wires.
