Abstract:
On a surface of a printed board (12), a plurality of terminals (17) are arranged. On a surface of a TCP (13), a plurality of terminals (21) matching the terminals (17) of the printed board (12) are arranged. The both terminals (17, 21) are connected by being overlapped with each other. On a side edge part of the terminal (21) of the TCP (13), an indicator side edge part (22) is formed by shifting a part from other side edge part by a prescribed size along the arrangement direction of the group of terminals (21). A shift quantity between the terminals (17, 21) can be confirmed by using the indicator side edge part (22) as reference.
