Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a circuit board in which electromagnetic noises are suppressed and an electronic device having the circuit board mounted therein. Provided is a circuit board comprised of a plurality of layers and having a through-hole for connecting some or all of the plurality of layers. The connecting ends of each layer connected to a central conductor (1) in the through-hole are provided at positions with offset angles along the circumference with the central axis of the through-hole as the center. Also provided is an electronic device having the circuit board mounted therein.
