Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a circuit board and a supercomputing server, belonging to the technical field of circuit boards. The circuit board comprises a substrate and at least one chipset provided on a first face of the substrate, each chipset comprises a plurality of chips sequentially connected in series, and the distances between the chips in each chipset gradually increase. A first heat sink is provided on the top of each chip, a second heat sink is provided between at least two chips connected in series in each chipset, and the size of the second heat sink is proportional to the distance between the two chips where the second heat sink is located. The circuit board and the supercomputing server provided in the present disclosure use the second heat sink to lower the temperature of the substrate, and also reduce the temperature difference between chips at two ends of the circuit board, improving the calculation performance of a supercomputing server device.
