Abstract:
A circuit breaker which is assembled by unitizing each part and inserting each unit into a molded case. A method by which the efficiency of the automatic assembly of the breaker is improved by inserting each unit into the molded case from the same direction. The internal mechanism of the breaker is divided into an arc-extinguishing chamber unit, an opening/closing mechanism section unit, an overcurrent tripping device unit, and a manual handle block. The breaker is assembled by successively inserting the units into the molded case from one direction. Therefore, the efficiency of the automatic assembly of the circuit breaker is improved.
