This circuit connection device (2) comprises a connector (17) having: a housing (16) in which connection terminals (29, 30) are housed; a positioning guide portion (32) provided on a side different from the opening portion of the housing (16); and a press-fit terminal (25) extended from the connection terminals (29, 30). The circuit connection device (2) further comprises a heat sink (10) to which the housing (16) is fixed and which has: a guide receiving portion (36) fitted into the positioning guide portion (32); and an opening (35) through which the press-fit terminal (25) passes. The circuit connection device (2) still further comprises a circuit substrate (11) fixed to the heat sink (10) and having a substrate positioning guide portion (28) and a through-hole (26) in which the press-fit terminal (25) is crimped. The press-fit terminal (25) and the through-hole (26) can be positioned to each other with high accuracy, so that it is possible to improve reliability and suppress the increase of production cost by a simple assembly process.
