Abstract:
A circuit device for paper shredder includes a motor (1) for driving a shredder
mechanism, and a controller, in which the controller comprises a microcontroller
(2), a switch circuit (4) for controlling power for the motor, a touch detection
circuit (3). The touch detection circuit includes a touch sense strip provided
at a paper feed entry and a touch sense module connected with the touch sense strip.
The output of the touch detection circuit is connected to the touch signal input
of the microcontroller. When a human body or an animal touches the touch sense
strip, the sensed ground signal is sent to the touch signal input of the microcontroller
via the touch detection circuit, and the microcontroller controls the switch
circuit to cut off power, thus to ensure the shredder to stop, thereby the human
body or animal is prevented from damage for misoperation.
