A circuit port mounting housing and a smart lectern having same. The circuit port mounting housing comprises: a housing body (1), at least one port body (3) being mounted within the housing body (1), wherein a head portion of the port body (3) is disposed toward an opening of the housing body (1), at least one inner side wall of the housing body (1) is provided with a chute (4) and an arc-shaped positioning groove (5), the chute (4) extends in the depth direction of the housing body (1), the positioning groove (5) communicates with the chute (4), and the center of the positioning groove (5) coincides with the chute (4); and a cover plate body, which is mounted at the opening of the housing body (1), one end of the cover plate body being mounted with a positioning shaft (9) and a rotary shaft (10) that parallel to one another. The cover plate body can enter an inner cavity of the housing body (1), and the cover plate body is hidden in the housing body (1). Therefore, the cover plate body does not need to take up space on the surface of the smart lectern and is not erect above the lectern surface blocking the line of sight of people below the platform.
