Abstract:
This circuit structure 20 is provided with: a circuit unit 20A that is formed by mounting an electric component 26 on a conductive path; a heat dissipation member 28 that overlaps the circuit unit 20A and dissipates heat from the circuit unit 20A; and a spacer 40 that is disposed between the circuit unit 20A and the heat dissipation member 28. The spacer is provided with a main body portion 40A that is disposed between the circuit unit 20A and the heat dissipation member 28, and accommodating portions 51-54 that accommodate a portion of the circuit unit 20A.
