Abstract:
The present invention provides: a circular knitted tube-shaped structure, the production cost of which is low, which is flexible and is highly adaptable to bending, the inner and outer tube surfaces of which are soft and do not generate noise, and which is useful as a sleeve for covering and protecting cables such as electric wires and optical fiber cables; a manufacturing method therefor; and a manufacturing apparatus therefor. This circular knitted tube-shaped structure A is characterized in that when a narrow tape 10 formed from a circular knitted fabric having front threads 11 that form loops and back threads 12 with a larger thermal shrinkage than the front threads 11 is rolled with the back threads 12 in a thermally shrunken state, an overlap section equivalent to 1.3-2.5 circles is formed.
