Abstract:
A circular mold wire-cutting machine tool and a machining method therefor. A W-axis mechanism is mounted on the right end of the machine tool (20), a Y-axis mechanism is mounted on the left end of the machine tool (20), and an X-axis mechanism is mounted on the Y-axis mechanism. By means of two bearing units in the front and the rear, a transmission shaft (8) of the W-axis mechanism is mounted in a housing (11) to rotate. The right end of the transmission shaft (8) is driven by a servo motor (10) by means of a flange (9), and the left end of the transmission shaft (8) is connected to a rotary worktable (7). A wire frame column (13) of the X-axis mechanism and a wire storage barrel base (17) are mounted on the X-axis worktable (7), and a fixed walk wire frame (3) is mounted on the wire frame column (13). An adjustable walk wire frame (4) can move up and down on the wire frame column (13) to form a structure for adjusting the spacing of the walk wire frame. A molybdenum wire is wound in a wire storage barrel (14) and is extended, by means of the adjustable walk wire frame (4), to the rotary worktable (7) for wire cutting. The wire storage barrel (14) is driven by a wire storage barrel motor (15) to move, and a wire storage barrel support (16) makes reciprocating movement relative to a wire storage barrel base (17). The control of the servo motor of a Y-axis worktable by the wire-cutting machine tool can be used to convert the control of the servo motor of a W-axis rotary worktable by means of switching. The machine tool can machine a spiral wire, has a high machining precision, a simple structure and low manufacturing costs, are economical and practical, and are easy to operate and use.
