Abstract:
A circular saw for metal cutting, comprising a cutting blade tip (20) having an outer peripheral flank (21) with a positive outer peripheral clearance angle and a side flank (22) with a side clearance angle of 0°and connected by brazing or the like onto the outer periphery of the body (11) of the circular saw for metal cutting at the tip seat (13) of a blade body (12) projected in radial outer direction, wherein a recess (27) extending rearward in rotating direction is provided in a corner part (26) formed of the outer peripheral flank and the side flank of the cutting blade tip using, as a base point, a position apart 0.1 to 1.0 mm from the rake side outer peripheral end of the side flank.
