Abstract:
A circular seam welding method for a low-alloy steel low temperature pressure vessel tank body, comprising: processing welding ends of a tank body cylindrical shell section to be welded to satisfy the welding requirements; debugging a welding device to satisfy the requirements; welding between circular seams of said tank body cylindrical shell section by means of a pinhole penetrating type argon-shielded tungsten arc mode, and forming a backing welding bead (1) on the inner side between the circular seams of said tank body cylindrical shell section; and welding between the circular seams of said tank body cylindrical shell section by means of deep penetration argon arc welding, and successively forming two capping tempering welding beads (2) on the outer side between the circular seams of said tank body cylindrical shell section, the inner sides of the two capping tempering welding beads being located on the outer side of the backing welding bead, and the two capping tempering welding beads being connected. According to the method, the welding work efficiency is improved, the labor quantity and the labor intensity are reduced, a better work environment is obtained, and the welding quality is guaranteed.
