Abstract:
A circular vibrating conveyor, comprising a fixed lower vibrator component (1) and a vibrator top plate (2) mounted on an upper side of the fixed lower vibrator component (1). A fixing plate (8) is disposed at an inner side of the fixed lower vibrator component (1). A metal core (3) is disposed at a side of the fixing plate (8), and two ends of the metal core (3) are fixedly connected to the fixing plate (8). A piezoelectric element (5) is disposed in the middle of the metal core (3). A carbon fiber vibration plate spring (4) is fixedly connected to an end of the piezoelectric element (5), and the rotation direction of the metal core (3) is away from the carbon fiber vibration plate spring (4). The vibration direction of the metal core (3) is tangent to a circle formed from the motion trajectory of the metal core (3).
