The present invention relates to a circularly polarizing plate used in a bendable display device provided with a polarizer and at least one phase difference layer disposed on one side of the polarizer, the hue of reflected light obtained before and after bending not changing sign on either side of the a* coordinate axis and b* coordinate axis in the a*b* chromaticity coordinates thereof.
