Abstract:
Provided is a circularly polarizing plate in which color unevenness in the oblique direction can be suppressed and color unevenness in the oblique direction is unlikely to occur over time in application to an organic EL display device (in particular, a curved display and an in-vehicle display having a high aspect ratio), and also provided are an organic electroluminescence display device and an optical device. The circularly polarizing plate according to the present invention includes a polarizing element and a retardation film laminated on one surface side of the polarizing element, wherein the water content of the retardation film is 1.8% or less; the circularly polarizing plate and an aluminum sheet are bonded together so that the retardation film in the circularly polarizing plate faces the aluminum sheet; where a chromaticity a* and a chromaticity b* are measured at all azimuth angles and a polar angle of 40° from the normal direction of the circularly polarizing plate of the obtained laminated body, the absolute value of the chromaticity a* and the absolute value of the chromaticity b* are 10 or less at any of the azimuth angles; and where a reflectance is measured at all azimuth angles and a polar angle of 40° from the normal direction of the circularly polarizing plate of the laminated body, the reflectance is 3.0% or less at any of the azimuth angles.
