Abstract:
The present invention provides a circularly polarizing plate with an adhesive layer, wherein a first base material film, a first adhesive layer, a polarizing plate, an adhesive bonding layer, a retardation layer, a second adhesive layer and a second base material film are sequentially arranged in this order. With respect to this circularly polarizing plate with an adhesive layer, a multilayer body (multilayer body a) that is composed of the layers from the first base material film to the first adhesive layer can be separated from a layer that is adjacent to a surface of the first adhesive layer, the surface being on the reverse side from the first base material film; the second base material film can be separated from the second adhesive layer; the total thickness (T1) of the multilayer body a and the total thickness (T2) of a multilayer body (multilayer body b) that is composed of the layers arranged between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer satisfy formula (1) T1 ≥ T2; the total thickness (T2) of the multilayer body b and the thickness (T3) of the second base material film satisfy formula (2) T3 ≥ T2; and the release strength (F1) at the time when the multilayer body a is separated from this circularly polarizing plate with an adhesive layer and the release strength (F2) at the time when the second base material film is separated from this circularly polarizing plate with an adhesive layer satisfy formula (3) F1 < F2.
