Abstract:
A circulating constant-flow constant-pressure metering pump device, comprising a closed kettle (1). The circulating constant-flow constant-pressure metering pump device further comprises a first piston pump (2), a second piston pump (3), a first valve (4), a second valve (5), a third valve (6), and a fourth valve (7); the first valve (4) and the second valve (5) are respectively in communication with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of the first piston pump (2); the third valve (6) and the fourth valve (7) are respectively in communication with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of the second piston pump (3). Said device is able to simulate the fluidity of a high-pressure liquid while forming a high pressure within the kettle, thereby simulating working conditions of underground liquid in a more realistic manner, facilitating the progress of scientific research and experimentation on oil exploration.
