CIRCULATING COOLING WATER ZERO POLLUTION DISCHARGE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD

A circulating cooling water zero pollution discharge treatment system and method. The system comprises a filter unit (1) and a bypass filtration backwashing water turbidity reduction unit (2) which are connected to a circulating water system. The bypass filtration backwashing water turbidity reduction unit (2) is sequentially connected to an efficient turbidity reduction unit (3) and a salt separation unit (4). The salt separation unit (4) is provided with a produced water outlet and a concentrated water outlet, and is separately connected to a produced water storage tank (10) and a concentrated water storage tank (11). The concentrated water storage tank (11) is connected to a hardness removal unit (5). The hardness removal unit (5) is provided with a liquid outlet and a salt scale discharge outlet which are connected to a freezing and crystallization unit (8). Three outlets of the produced water storage tank (10) are respectively connected to an electrolysis unit (6), an evaporation and crystallization unit (7) and a bipolar membrane unit (9).
