Abstract:

A circulating fluidized bed boiler integrating material separating and heat transfer can be used in an industry steam field and cogeneration. A first material separating unit is set behind a major combustion chamber (18) of the fluidized bed boiler. The material separating unit is divided into a downtake smoke-box and an uptake smoke-box from front to rear by a reversible deflector wall (16) directing smoke down and up. The downtake smoke-box is connected with the uptake smoke-box by a bunker (39) which is hermetically mounted under the downtake smoke-box and the uptake smoke-box and has a turn channel expanded space (41). The front upper part of the material separating unit is connected with the major combustion chamber (18) and the rear part of the material separating unit is connected with a flue. Peripheral walls of the material separating unit are heating water walls connected between the upper header (25) and the lower header (46). The material separating of the fluidized bed boiler does not use any special equipment and separating unit because a space of a radiation heating-surface naturally forms an inertia gravity separator which has a membrane wall.
