Abstract:
A circulation conveyor for food and drink capable of efficiently controlling the internal temperature of a tunnel part covering the upper part of a circulation type carrying passage for circulatingly conveying the food and drink. The tunnel part covering the upper part of the carrying passage is formed along the longitudinal direction of the circulation type carrying passage for carrying and supplying the food and drink and a cold pipe (24) is disposed in the tunnel part (5) along the longitudinal direction so that the internal temperature of the tunnel part (5) can be controlled. An upper ventilation port (32) disposed over the cold pipe (24) and lower ventilation ports (33) disposed under the cold pipe (24) are formed in the tunnel part (5) in the longitudinal direction of the carrying passage. The upper ventilation port (32) and the lower ventilation ports (33) are allowed to communicate with each other so that air can flow therebetween through communication pipes (30a) to (30c). Also, the device comprises a blowing means (34) for sucking the air inside the tunnel part (5) from one of the ventilation ports into the communication pipes (30a) to (30c) and discharging the sucked air from the other for circulating the air.
