Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Dutch coffee extraction apparatus and, more specifically, to a circulation-type Dutch coffee extraction apparatus, which can achieve multiple extraction of coffee by circulating the coffee after the coffee is extracted by a coffee extraction part, so that the apparatus makes it possible to extract highly concentrated Dutch coffee at a low cost by a simple device and allows production of various coffee beverages by using highly concentrated Dutch coffee, thereby enabling supply of relatively inexpensive Dutch coffee.
