Abstract:
The invention relates to cis-2,6-diazabicyclo[3.3.0]octane derivatives represented by general formula (I), a peptic ulcer-treating agent containing same as active ingredient, and intermediates (II) and (III) for producing the compounds. In said formula X represents oxygen, sulfur, -NH- or -N< X1 represents alkylene or alkenylene optionally forming a ring together with -N< when X represents -N< Y represents alkylene; Y1 represents hydrogen, alkyl or alkenyl, said alkyl optionally forming substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl together with Y2; Y2 represents hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl or heterocyclic ring; A represents hydrogen or hydroxyl optionally having a protective group; R, R1 and R2 each represents hydrogen or alkyl; R3 represents hydrogen, a protective group of nitrogen or alpha; R4 represents hydrogen or a protective group of nitrogen; and Z and W each represents oxygen or sulfur.
