Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a clad steel sheet which has a tensile strength (TS) of 780 MPa or more and which has excellent ductility, bendability, collision resistance properties and LME resistance properties. Provided is a clad steel sheet having a base material and a cladding material on the front and back surfaces of the base material, the composition and steel microstructure of the base material and cladding material being controlled, as appropriate, such that the average Vickers hardness (HVL) of the cladding material is 260 or less, the value of the average Vickers hardness (HVL) of the cladding material divided by the average Vickers hardness (HVB) of the base material is 0.80 or less, the boundary roughness between the base material and the cladding material is 50 μm or less at a maximum height Ry, and the number of voids at the boundary between the base material and the cladding material is restricted to 20 or less per 10 mm length of the boundary.
