Abstract:
Surface treatment of metal micro/nano-particle, especially cladding process of metal micro/nano-particle, solves a technical problem on the oxidization resistance of metal nanoparticle. The process includes forming oxidation layer on the surface of metal particle at 50°C-510°C in protecting environment of nitrogen gas with addition of oxygen, softening of the oxidation layer in high temperature furnace, and inert gases penetrating sufficiently into the surface oxidation layer of the metal particle in a sealed vessel filled with N2 and He.
