Abstract:
Provided is a clamp for an aerospace testing machine, comprising a bottom plate (1) and a mounting plate (2) welded to an outer wall on one side of the bottom plate (1); a servo motor (3) is connected to an outer wall at the top part of the mounting plate (2) by means of a bolt; a sliding groove (4) is provided in an outer wall at the top part of the bottom plate (1) in the length direction, and a two-way screw (5) is connected to an inner wall on one side of the sliding groove (4) by means of a bearing; one end of the two-way screw (5) extends to an outer wall on one side of the bottom plate (1), and one end of the two-way screw (5) is connected to an output shaft of the servo motor (3) by means of a shaft coupling; two sliding blocks (6) are slidably mounted within the sliding groove (4), and clamping plates (7) are welded onto outer walls at the top part of the two sliding blocks (6); support structures are provided on outer walls of two ends of the top part of the bottom plate (1); and the support structures each comprise two connecting plates (9) and two fixing plates (12), and rotary rods (10) are connected to outer walls on opposite sides of the two connecting plates (9) by means of bearings. The clamp is easy and convenient to fix and operate, and the clamping plates (7) are prevented from damaging a testing machine; meanwhile, an anti-skid protrusion may prevent the testing machine from sliding off, and thus improving the fixing effect.
