The present invention relates to a clamp device for a casing rotator and, more particularly, to a clamp device for a casing rotator configured such that a wedge clamp can slide without deviating from a guide groove of a clamp body, thereby grasping a casing. The clamp device for a casing rotator according to the present invention comprises a wedge clamp, a clamp body, and a connection means. The wedge clamp has a wedge shape and grasps a casing. The clamp body has a through-hole formed therein such that a casing can be inserted therein and has a guide groove formed such that, when the wedge clamp moves downwards, the wedge clamp is guided inwards so as to graph the casing inserted into the through-hole. The connection means connects the wedge clamp to an upper frame such that, when the wedge clamp is moved up/down by the upper frame, the wedge clamp can translate in the radial direction of the clamp body. According to the present invention, a pair of links make limitations such that the wedge clamp make only horizontal movements while constituting a parallelogram. Accordingly, even when an excessive moment acts on the wedge clamp, the pair of links can support the same. Accordingly, it becomes possible to prevent the wedge clamp from escaping from the clamp body.
