Abstract:
A housing (15) fixed to a reference block (1) has a guide hole (20) into which a plug portion (3) of a movable member (2) can be inserted. An outer sleeve (21) is vertically movably placed in the guide hole (20), and the outer sleeve (21) is advanced upward by a disk spring (25) by a predetermined advance stroke. An inner sleeve (31) capable of being fitted on the plug portion (3) is wedged to the outer sleeve (21) from the upper side, and the inner sleeve (31) is constructed so as to be expandable and retractable in the diameter direction. The inner sleeve (31) is vertically moved by an output member (36).
