Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a clamp device that can be configured inexpensively and easily. [Solution] A clamp mechanism 200 constituting a clamp device 100 comprises a movable member 210 (a piston 220, a shaft member 230, an actuation member 240, and a pressing member 250) that is movable along an extension direction of a body inner space 120; a disc spring 260; an annular spring 270; a spring 280; and a collet 300. A driving mechanism 400 comprises a movable member 430 that is movable along an extension direction of a body inner space 130 in conjunction with rotation of a rotating member 410. Sealed spaces 121, 131 and a communication path 140 are filled with oil. When the rotating member 410 is rotated in one direction, the movable member 210 is moved toward the sealed space 121, and the clamp mechanism 200 is set to a clamp mode for retaining a tool 510. When the rotating member 410 is rotated in the other direction, the movable member 210 is moved away from the sealed space 121, and the clamp mechanism 200 is set to an unclamp mode for releasing retention of the tool 510.
