Abstract:
Disclosed is a clamp for fixing an ultralight steel workpiece, the clamp comprising: a bottom plate (1),a gear rack (2), a first supporting seat (3), a second supporting seat (4), a first gear (5), a second gear (6), a clamping jaw mechanism (7), and an air cylinder (8), wherein the gear rack (2) is driven by the air cylinder (8) to reciprocate linearly, and in turn drives the clamping jaw mechanism (7) to perform clamping and releasing actions by means of the mesh transmission between the gear rack (2) and the first gear (3) and the mesh transmission between the first gear (1) and the second gear (2). The clamp is convenient to use, has a compact and rational structure, is safe and stable, and has strong versatility.
