A clamp for immobilizing a medical scope includes a scope barrel, first and second openings in the scope barrel, a first attachment bracket, a first scope locking element with a first pivot end, a first manipulable end, and a first scope pressure arm and a first locking arm disposed between the first pivot end and the first manipulable end, the first scope pressure arm being disposable through the first opening, and a second scope locking element with a second pivot end, a second manipulable end, and a second scope pressure arm and a second locking arm disposed between the second pivot end and the second manipulable end, the second scope pressure arm being disposable through the second opening. The first and second locking arms engage one another when in a locked position. The first and second scope pressure arms apply pressure to the medical scope when in the locked position.
