Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a clamp system which is capable of fixing to-be-clamped sections, at two or more positions in the height direction, of a to-be-clamped object and which is capable of increasing the clamping force when necessary. [Solution] A clamp system (1) for fixing a to-be-clamped object (W) using a magnetic fixing means that is switchable between an attraction state and an attraction-release state is provided with: one or more magnetic fixing devices (2) each having, at the upper end thereof, a fixing surface (2a) that is located in a horizontal reference plane (H); and a plurality of columnar supports (3) which are attracted and fixed to the fixing surfaces (2a) and which fix the to-be-clamped object (W) to the one or more magnetic fixing devices (2), wherein the plurality of columnar supports (3) are designed to fix a plurality of corresponding to-be-clamped sections (4) which are at the lower end of the to-be-clamped object (W) and which are at two or more positions in the height direction relative to the fixing surfaces (2a), and the height dimension of each of the columnar supports (3) from the lower end to a support part (3a) thereof is set so as to be able to support the corresponding to-be-clamped section (4).
