A wire harness 10 is provided with: a flexible exterior material 21 covering an electrical wire 11; a route-regulating member 31 that has an axial direction following the route along which the electrical wire 11 is routed and that regulates the route along which the electrical wire 11 is routed from the exterior of the exterior material 21; and an intermediate section clamp 41. The intermediate section clamp 41 comprises a support section 51 for supporting the route-regulating member 31, and an attachment section 61 having an annular structure to which the exterior material 21 is attached. The attachment section 61 comprises an insertion section 62 into which the exterior material 21 can be inserted along the radial direction of the annular structure. The attachment section 61 can be switched between an open position in which it possible to insert the exterior material from the insertion section 62 and a closed position in which the annular structure becomes a continuous annular shape. The closed position is formed by a locking structure including a first locking structure 63 and a second locking structure 64 arranged so as to be separated from each other along the axial direction of the annular structure.
