Abstract:
A clamping and boosting apparatus for a stone machine spindle box and a saw blade, comprising a stone machine spindle (1), a saw blade (2) on the spindle (1), and a clamping nut (3), wherein a hydraulic clamping booster is provided on the stone machine spindle (1) between the saw blade (2) and the clamping nut (3); the hydraulic clamping booster comprises an A oil cylinder front cover (41), a B oil cylinder rear cover (42), a reverse thrust supercharger assembly (43), a pressure regulator assembly (44), and an oil inlet and outlet assembly (45); the A oil cylinder front cover (41) and the B oil cylinder rear cover (42) both are revolving bodies that are axially provided and penetrate through a central hole; an annular boss-type piston (411) provided along the circumference of the end surface of the A oil cylinder front cover (41) is embedded into an annular groove-type piston cavity (421) provided along the circumference of the end surface of the B oil cylinder rear cover (42) to axially and slidably cooperate so as to tension the saw blade (2) and the clamping nut (3); the reverse thrust supercharger assembly (43) and the pressure regulator assembly (44) adjust a tensioning force; the rotation direction of the spindle (1) is opposite to the thread direction of the clamping nut (3). The clamping and boosting apparatus for the stone machine spindle box and the saw blade has the effect of double safety of clamping the saw blade, and the effects of preventing the saw blade from loosening, and saving labor.
