A center column (20) is projected upward from a reference block (1), and an inner sleeve (21) is vertically movably fitted on the outer periphery of the center column (20). The inner sleeve (21) is pushed upward by a coned disc spring (25). An outer sleeve (31) inserted in a socket hole (3) of a movable block (2) is fitted on the inner sleeve (21) from the above in a taper fit relationship. The inner sleeve (21) and the outer sleeve (31) are constructed so as to be expandable and retractable, respectively, in the diameter direction. An output member (36) is inserted in the center column (20), and the upper part of the output member (36) is connected to the outer sleeve (31). A drive mechanism (D) in the reference block (1) moves the outer sleeve (31) downward in a locked state through the output member (36).
