Disclosed is a clamping device for securing an electronic equipment support, the device comprising a first clamping arm, a second clamping arm, a support frame, a locking member, and a first anti-slip pad. A first pivot portion and a first clamping portion are respectively disposed at two ends of the first clamping arm, a second pivot portion and a second clamping portion are respectively disposed at two ends of the second clamping arm, and the first pivot portion and the second pivot portion are rotatably connected to each other. The support frame comprises a support rod, and a pivot shaft and a connection portion respectively disposed at two ends of the support rod. The pivot shaft passes through both the first pivot portion and the second pivot portion, and the connection portion connects to the electronic equipment support. The locking member is movably disposed on the support rod, and when the locking member is moved toward the first pivot portion or the second pivot portion, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are driven to approach each other. The first anti-slip pad is fixed on a surface of the first clamping arm facing the second clamping arm, and comprises a first end and a second end disposed opposite to each other. The thickness of the first end is different from that of the second end.
