A clamping frame for an aluminum electrolytic cell, relating to the technical field of aluminum electrolysis. The clamping frame comprises a first clamping frame (1) provided around an aluminum frame (18) of a built-in conductor, and a plurality of anode guide rods (3) are disposed between the first clamping frame (1) and the aluminum frame (18). The anode guide rods (3) are in contact with the inner side face of the first clamping frame (1), and a filler (4) with conductivity is added between the anode guide rods (3) and the aluminum frame (18). The clamping frame further comprises a sealing member (19) for wrapping and fixing the filler (4) and at least further comprises a second clamping frame (2) provided with a wheel-type clamper (5). The present invention can implement the purposes that a electric current on the anode guide rods (3) is induced into an anode (20) smoothly, a contact voltage drop between the anode guide rods (3) and the aluminum frame (18) is stable and low, the clamping frame can firmly clamp and hoist the anode, the position height of the anode is constant when the clamping frame goes up and down, the anode height adjustment work can be completed when the position of the clamping frame is fixed, and the hoisting operation of the clamping frame is reliable and high-efficient.
